Francesco Potenza

Born in Italy, Francesco Potenza is the patron of CARLS and has been linked to the “Jacob family” since his time as Reception Manager at the Elbchaussee from 1996 to 2000.  “Looking after the comfort of my guests was always a priority”, explains the experienced host, who has also held positions at Hotel George V in Paris, at Rafael and Bayerischer Hof in Munich as well as at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten and at the Grand Elysee Hotel in Hamburg.
